About the Role
We are seeking a Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Brand and Performance Marketing, ensuring we can deliver high-quality, high-volume creative assets at speed.
You will be responsible for adapting brand master files into a wide range of campaign-ready formats, creating multiple variations for brokers, and ensuring rapid compliance-driven pivots without compromising quality.
This is a hands-on production design role suited to a detail-oriented creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and produce campaign assets from brand-provided master files.
- Create multiple creative variations across static, animated, and video formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across all formats, platforms, and brokers.
- Rapidly respond to compliance-driven content updates (e.g. banned/flagged terms).
- Deliver high-volume outputs (26+ assets per campaign message).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Performance teams to align on requirements.
- Maintain organized file management and naming conventions for scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finished Artist, Design Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects essential).
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-volume, multi-format design work.
- Ability to deliver large volumes of assets under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with performance-driven design (preferred but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for brand consistency and quality.
