We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring dialysis equipment, assisting patients throughout the treatment process, and ensuring the highest standard of care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up dialysis machines before treatments
- Prime dialyzers and check machine settings for accuracy
- Monitor patients during dialysis, record vital signs, and report abnormalities
- Assist with patient care before, during, and after treatment
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment and treatment area
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree (preferably relating to electrical)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or dialysis unit preferred, but not required
- Must be willing to learn
- With BLS certification is an advantage but not required
