The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the execution of online marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves assisting with social media management, content creation, email marketing, website updates, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
- Support the creation of visual and written content, including graphics, blog posts, and videos.
- Assist in updating website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing goals.
- Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Monitor email performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Help manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Generate reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal
