We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our Digital Strategists to support campaign success and ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Client Services teams to understand and address campaign needs.
- Ensure campaign accuracy during setup and throughout its lifecycle, maintaining seamless execution and lead routing.
- Set up and launch digital ad campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and Indeed.
- Fund digital campaigns on Meta and Indeed, ensuring proper budget allocation and tracking.
- Continuously monitor ad delivery, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues proactively.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively flagging any issues with delivery, pacing, or goal alignment.
- Audit campaign performance and lead connections regularly to ensure clients are receiving all intended leads.
- Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance to meet client goals and optimize efficiency.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights and manage updates to targeting, ad copy, and creative assets.
- Oversee campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, supporting renewals and budget allocations.
- Monitor campaign budgets, flagging pacing issues and recommending adjustments with input from Digital Strategists.
- Update campaign assets such as ad copy, videos, and images on Google and Meta platforms.
- Proactively refresh and optimize creative assets to maintain ad performance and engagement.
- Schedule and manage SMS campaigns to support lead generation and client goals.
- Create and maintain Customer Match Lists in Google Ads for enhanced audience targeting.
- Execute day-to-day tasks such as geographic updates, client communication, and creative adjustments.
- Monitor performance alerts, investigate underlying issues, and implement necessary changes.
- Support ad hoc tasks including large-scale campaign launches, creative updates, and client-specific requests.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client campaign structures and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop expertise in digital media tools and platforms to enhance performance and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required.
- Experience with Indeed advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for campaign monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with internal teams.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
