The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day digital sales operations, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries, while also contributing to lead generation, new customer acquisition, and closing deals via digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and send quotations based on inquiry type (retail, wholesale, bulk).
- Use search, tagging, and targeting to find high-potential buyers on social media.
- Maintain a leads tracker sheet and categorize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
- Ensure all deliveries are tracked, confirmed, and documented properly.
- Upload and monitor posts for campaigns initiated by Brand Officers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Admin, or Communication preferred.
- At least 1 year in sales support, online selling, or customer service via e-commerce or social media platforms.
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Organized lead tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
