We are seeking a diligent and experienced Dining Supervisor to oversee our restaurant's front-of-house operations and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, Hosts and Team Leaders.
- Ensure the seamless flow of dining service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. - Train, motivate, and support staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in managing reservations, seating, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop service standards and procedures.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist in staff scheduling and payroll management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/ Food and Service/ Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience as Dining Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English
- Positive interpersonal skill is required
- Strong organizational skills and must be meticulous
- Has the ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Preferably with knowledge in handling restaurant reports
