Dining Team Leader:
- Assist the Manager – On – Duty (MOD) & Supervisor – On – Duty (SOD) in controlling the Floor especially during peak hours. Ensure awesome guest service and hospitality by supervising Dining Team Members and maintaining fun, positive and high energy level. Monitor the dining area and ensure that all guests are attended immediately.
- Interact with guests to ensure that they have been provided with awesome dining experience. Check back each table and facilitate guest concern, if any. Ensure that speed service and product quality are maintained at all times. Call the attention of SOD in case concern that may irate the guest, so apologies can be given ahead.
- Deal with guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner and come up with an appropriate resolution in a timely manner. Coordinate with the SOD on all actions taken.
- Monitors Dining Team Members in pushing promotions and new products to guest.
- Monitor and manage the use of Dining materials such as tissues, packaging materials (for left over carry out) and condiments, among the many.
- Assist the Management Team as they hold and facilitate regular meetings for the whole team for review of operations and results, lay out action plans, recognize performers and updates on development and critical matters needing emphasis.
- Develop new and enhance work processes in close coordination with the Management Team to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurring.
- Assist the management team in holding and facilitating regular meetings for the whole team for review of operations and business results, lay-out action plans, recognize performers, and provide updates on people developments, and critical matters needing emphasis.
- Guide the Dining Team Members as they carry out their duties. Coach them to further improve performance and enforce the Discipline Policy as necessary.
Kitchen Team Leader:
- Assist the Manager – On – Duty (MOD) / Supervisor – On – Duty (SOD) by controlling Kitchen especially during peak hours. Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality by maintaining fun, positive and high energy level of Kitchen Team Members. Monitor the kitchen and ensure that all orders are attended immediately.
- Assist the MOD/SOD by ensuring that the entire store is ready for the Shift as per the Kitchen Checklist.
- Lead the Kitchen Team Members by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring that the team members are prepared for the day.
- Maintain a positive work environment for the Kitchen Team Members and guests during each shift.
- Conduct 100% inspection of all finished products prior to serving to guest based on the product quality standard. Ensure that all critical characteristics are inspected accurately.
- Monitor the use of raw materials at the Kitchen Area. Ensure the adequacy of portion controls and guides to minimize cases of over portion/under portion.
- As a Store Trainer, facilitate the training and development of Kitchen Team Members with the end view of certifying them to Station and in the medium term, Leadership post.
- Delegate special tasks and prescribe specific rules and regulations critical to the effective management of the Kitchen Area.
Qualifications:
