RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ordering all DS customer orders, thru PO creation on IMS;
- Responsible for sending orders to all international and local suppliers;
- Replenishes and monitors inventory for Direct Sales;
- Coordinates with DS Managers for special discount from all suppliers;
- Work closely with DS BIO with regards to processing customer orders accordingly coming from shipment;
- Analyzes consumer buying patterns by means of sales history and predicting future trends through research ;
- Perform other duties assigned by the DS Managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course;
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Tagalog;
- With at least 1 year related experience
