Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years and 15+ years overall experience in the BPS (call center) industry preferably with experience in L&A.
- Director or Senior Manager level in a known BPO company.
- Must have managed at least 500 FTEs (non-negotiable)
- College graduate preferred.
- If undergraduate, candidate must have an exceptionally strong background/profile.
- Must have BPO and preferably Insurance background (non-negotiable).
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set up (Taguig City).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php360,000.00 - Php400,000.00 per month
