Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Dispatcher Agent with a solid BPO background and hands-on dispatching experience. You’ll be coordinating field operations, managing real-time communications, and supporting clients across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher
- Experience working with dispatching platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Workiz)
- Standard multi-channel support: phone, email, and chat
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must have work ethics and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to work 40 hours per week, shifting schedules
- Shifts may include morning, mid, or night shifts
- Permanent WFH
Requirements:
- You must have your own personal computer that is not shared with anyone else.
- Work must be performed from home or your designated location.
- You must have a quiet, distraction-free, and non-smoking background.
- You must have a reliable primary and backup internet connection (not mobile data).
