Key Responsibilities:
Dispatcher
- Coordinate timely dispatch of orders for delivery
- Communicate with delivery partners to ensure efficient shipment processing
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to [insert specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs])
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
