Job Objective
· Develop and manage a distribution network within a specific geographical area, with the goal of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise multiple Distributors in CEBU and monitor short term/long term volume of profitability target.
· Ensure delivery of agreed primary volume growth and distributor reach.
· Develop and increase distributorship coverage in various areas of assignment.
· Develop and maintain relationships with distributors within the assigned area. Monitor distributor performance and ensure they are meeting targets and objectives.
· Meet or exceed sales targets by working with distributors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
· Work with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing programs that support sales objectives. Ensure that distributors have the necessary marketing materials and training to promote products effectively.
· Monitor inventory levels at distributor locations and work with them to manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products to customers.
· Develop and manage budgets for the assigned area, including sales, marketing, and operational expenses.
· Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management as needed.
· Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information.
