We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Distributor Specialist - Davao to join our team at Chic Centre Corporation. As Distributor Specialist - Davao you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with a major client, ensuring their complete satisfaction and driving business growth.
Job Description
- Developing and managing a portfolio of accounts and categories.
- Achieving monthly sales target by implementing operational initiatives.
- Conducting regular store checks to evaluate category performance and monitor competitive activities in store.
- Conducting regular business reviews with Merchandising Groups and Internal ManCom group of Chic Centre
- Coordination with Logistics and Supply Chain Teams on the targeted schedule of order processing and deliveries.
- Negotiation of credit terms, handling of bad order and sales returns, collection of receivables.
- Management of Promodizer team to optimize replenishment on a per store basis
- Regular coordination with support groups ( Logistics, Supply Chain and Marketing) to improve sales productivity
- Must be willing to travel on a quarterly basis or as needed
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in FMCG or Cosmetics
