Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mindanao and North Central Luzon for a District Business Manager. The District Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, managing district operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with marketing teams to optimize the distribution and promotion of Besins Healthcare products.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel as required
