JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for booking new reservation of sales accounts for Batangas Branch.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Coordinate and process sales booking documents.
- Ensure accuracy of sales documentation before submitting to Credit Investigation and process for booking.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather client requirements and provide timely document support.
- Communicate with sales and/or clients regarding missing or incorrect entries with documentation and assist in resolution.
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly sales reports as needed.
- Ensure all documents are compliant with company standards and legal regulations.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education: College Degree preferably in Business Administration.
- Experience: Experience in sales administration work is a plus.
COMPTENCIES
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in real estate buying process.
- Handling real estate sales documentations.
