- Receiving and controlling of internal and external documents. (ISO Standard)
- Perform distribution of documents to all concerned departments or sections.
- Control of all forms of the organization.
- Ensure that all Internal and External documents are all registered according to document control procedure.
- Maintained and updated master list of all documents being used by the organization.
