QUALIFICATIONS
- Male or Female
- At least college level education
- Must own and be able to drive a motorcycle (with valid license)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scan physical documents and ensure proper labeling and quality
- Securely store scanned files in external storage devices
- Arrange and send scanned documents to Manila via courier services
- Perform document-related collections as assigned
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities
