The position is responsible for the accurate inventory documentation of inbound and outbound transactions of the warehouse, as well as timely transaction updates. The job also consists of ensuring complete generation of required or related documentation concerning withdrawals or dispatches. Assists the Documentation & IM Supervisor in resolving inventory concerns and preparing the warehouse for inventory count and billing document generation.
Job Qualifications:
- With academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Office Management and other related courses.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in inventory system, allocation, and documentation in Manufacturing, Logistics or warehousing
- With experience in transaction documentation, report generation and inventory keeping and counts.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft office software
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
