Qualifications:
- A graduate of BSIT Major in Drafting, Drafting Technology or any Drafting related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in Drafting is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Compostela, Cebu.
Responsibilities:
- Compiles and organizes plans and shop drawings, and tracks the revisions.
- Copies, scans, and stores blueprints, permits, and lot documents and their attachments.
- Processes construction permits and collaborates with government agencies and departments.
- Assists Project Design Supervisor in managing and organizing plans and documents.
- Processes permits and represents the client if necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
