We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using various drafting software, Mainly AutoCAD. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex specifications. The Drafter will collaborate closely with engineers and design team to ensure that all designs meet project requirements and standards.
Duties
- Develop and prepare detailed drawings and schematics using CAD software, using AutoCAD.
- Developing and creating fabrication drawings and schedules.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or architects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drafting work.
- Maintain an organised archive of all project documentation and drawings.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD; experience with 3D is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and building practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php79,000.00 per month
