- Perform technical tasks such as installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment based on work orders and company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance service quality.
- Document service activities and update records accurately for tracking purposes
- Transport technicians, equipment, and tools to assigned project sites using company vehicles.
- Ensure adherence to road safety and traffic regulations during transport.
- Perform routine checks on company vehicles to maintain operational safety and report any issues to management.
- Assist in loading and unloading tools and equipment at each project site
- Support team members in completing complex or heavy tasks at project sites.
- Coordinate with the Technical Supervisor and other technicians to optimize project scheduling and resource allocation.
