Job Title: E-Commerce Administrator
Location: On-site – Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines
Salary: PHP 15,000 – 18,000/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, monitoring sales, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support
- Assist with promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and online marketing activities
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on performance trends
- Ensure all product content (images, descriptions, specs) is accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce administration or online store management preferred
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with online selling platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
