The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels. Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and attract target clients such as construction companies, hardware stores, and industrial buyers.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance and website traffic.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all online platforms.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, website analytics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands relevant to steel products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or sales within the manufacturing or construction industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
