Job Title: Ecommerce Account Analyst - Virtual Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Time
Salary: P20,000-P30,000 per month
We're looking for sharp, committed, and hard-working individuals to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will play a significant role in assisting customers and managing front-end ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities
1. Orders: Take, ship, and track customer orders or process refunds
2. Customer inquiries: Answer inquiries sent via email or through phone calls
3. Reporting: Prepare reports or report new relevant information
4. Research: Search for potential new products and communicate with suppliers
Requirements
- English proficiency
- High-speed internet connection
- Good and trainable attitude
Device Specifications
- Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent
- Windows (preferred) or Mac (with MS Office) OS
- At least 8GB RAM
- Noise-canceling headset
