An EHS Lead, or Environmental, Health, and Safety Lead, is responsible for managing and overseeing an organization's EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves developing and implementing EHS policies, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and providing training to employees.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- A certified Safety Practitioner- SO4 (with TOT)
- With proven experience in EHS management (industrial/manufacturing setting)
- Competent knowledge of EHS regulations, standards (9001, 14001, 45001) & compliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and data analytics skills
- With background in environmental science, occupational health is an advantage
