Electrical & Instrumentation Technician – Cigarette Manufacturing

As an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our cigarette making and packing equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and control systems in cigarette production and packing equipment
- Install new control devices and execute electrical/electronic modifications to enhance machine performance
- Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical and electronic systems, following standard procedures and safety protocols
- Identify potential issues based on job requests and document all maintenance activities
- Calibrate instruments, sensors, and other equipment as prescribed in the maintenance program
- Participate in machine improvement initiatives focused on safety, uptime, and product quality
- Support machine refurbishment, installation, setup, and commissioning activities
- Engage in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Preventive Maintenance Review (PMR) to drive process and equipment optimization
What You Need to Have:
- Strong understanding of pneumatics and electro-pneumatics
- Proficient in electronics and electrical systems
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Skilled in motor control inverter setup and commissioning
- Familiarity with maintenance and calibration of measuring and test equipment
- Comfortable working with operating systems and application programs
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards in manufacturing operations.

Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, onsite role based at our Batangas plant, following a rotating shift schedule.
