An Electrical Supervisor in a mining company is responsible for overseeing the electrical systems and personnel within the mine, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal performance of electrical equipment and facilities. This includes tasks like coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of electricians.
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, preferably Board Passer
- With work experience in mining environment is highly desirable including familiarity with mining specific electrical equipment and regulations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks and provide guidance.
- With ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively
- With thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry
- Can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including other departments, management and team members.
- Willing to be assigned at Homonhon Island , Guiuan, Eastern Samar Mine -Site
- Can start ASAP
