Qualifications:
- Graduate of 3 years Technical Vocational Course
- With TESDA NCII
- As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks including repairs, inspections, and general maintenance duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for occupants and visitors.
- Atleast 2 years maintaining facilities in a semiconductor company
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or potential hazards.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting to address issues promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
