We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in the BPO industry to join our growing HR team
1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures
2. Guide managers and employees on ER-related matters
3. Handle investigations and resolve employee complaints
4. Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws in partnership with HR & Legal
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in Employee Relations or similar HR role
2. Excellent knowledge of labor laws and conflict resolution practices
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
