About the Role:
At Smartsourcing, we believe that happy, engaged people create the best work—and that’s where you come in! As our Engagement Associate, your role is all about creating experiences that matter. You’ll handle Smartee perks, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives that celebrate wins, strengthen culture, and make every Smartee feel valued.
Key Responsibilities: :
1. Employee Perks & Corporate Partnerships:
- Assist in sourcing and managing partnerships with hotels, restaurants, wellness brands, and other vendors that offer exclusive discounts to Smartees.
- Handle Smartee discount requests and maintain an updated perks list for internal communication.
- Coordinate with Communications and Creative teams on the monthly recognition awards.
- Assist in gathering nominations, content materials, and digital collateral for awards and announcements.
- Support execution and delivery of recognition tokens or gifts.
- Help fulfill and track employee-submitted client gift requests, including sourcing, packaging, and courier coordination.
- Maintain a simple database of gift disbursements for internal monitoring.
- Support ad hoc engagement activities and small-scale company events.
- Contribute to documentation, simple reporting, and monitoring of engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 1–2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR support, events coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines with ease
- Great communication skills—confident, clear, and collaborative
- A creative eye and attention to detail when it comes to execution
- Comfort in coordinating with vendors, partners, and teammates
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; bonus if you’ve used reporting/tracking tools
- A proactive, resourceful mindset—you see opportunities and make them happen
- Team spirit! You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
