The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Enterprise Services Governance and Reporting (ESGR) Team, the Associate Director will play a critical role in strengthening the control environment, driving operational excellence, and delivering high quality governance support across Enterprise services. This individual will lead a regional based team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and translate operational data into actionable insights that support risk mitigation and informed decision making. By managing documentation and reporting framework, overseeing the resolution of risk and audit issues, and championing process improvements, the Associate Director will ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the Policy and Document Management Systems (PDMS) team to ensure a high standard of delivery. Provide impactful leadership and management oversight for regional based team members, investing in the talent within the team, by providing ongoing feedback, guidance and opportunities to develop through formal and informal training.
- Manage and maintain the Enterprise Services document inventory in alignment with corporate policies and governance standards, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Leverage data to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting; data analysis and commentary that empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions that reduce risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate process improvements and risk reduction. Takes a lead role on department projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, adapting messaging and style to suit the audience. Clearly convey complex or technical information in a concise manner, both in written and verbal communication.
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload, balancing competing demands while adhering to established procedures, metrics, and critical deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
