Job Summary:
We’re hiring for voice and non-voice accounts. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters looking to build a long-term career in the call center/customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns about their telco services.
- Keep clear and friendly communication with every customer, every time.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or SHS Graduate
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without call center experience
- Willing to work day shifts, night shifts, and graveyard shifts
- Good English communication and typing skills
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Amenable to work onsite
Working Conditions:
- Office-based
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Computer-based tasks in a quiet environment
- May involve flexible schedules or shifting
