We’re looking for an Environment and Pollution Control Supervisor to help ensure our operations meet the highest standards of environmental compliance and sustainability. If you're passionate about protecting the environment and have a solid background in pollution control, we want you on our team!
Role Summary:
The Environment and Pollution Control Supervisor is responsible for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of pollution control and environmental programs. This role ensures full compliance with DENR and local environmental laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of the company’s environmental and pollution control programs.
- Ensure compliance with government environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor, collect, and report environmental performance data.
- Coordinate with DENR and relevant agencies; handle permitting and documentation.
- Recommend and implement initiatives to minimize the company's environmental impact.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and corrective action planning.
- Provide training and awareness programs related to environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering, Political/Social Science, Humanities, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience in environmental compliance or pollution control.
- Has completed DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) training.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental rules and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned to Hermosa Bataan Project site.
