- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all construction equipment and tools, including heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, cranes, loaders).
- Schedule and oversee regular preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Ensure all machinery meets legal and operational safety standards.
- Coordinate repairs with mechanics and service providers promptly to reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for equipment usage, servicing, damages, and inspections.
- Assist in budgeting for equipment maintenance, replacement, and procurement.
- Train site personnel on proper equipment handling and care.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams for acquiring new equipment and parts.
- Support equipment audits and contribute to risk assessments related to machinery operations.
