Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One, addressing user concerns and resolving system-related technical issues.
- Customize system reports and develop integrations to align ERP functionality with business needs.
- Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and hotfixes.
- Document system configurations, processes, and customizations for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify and implement process improvements using ERP tools.
- Monitor ERP system performance and apply enhancements to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Lead or support ERP implementation and rollout efforts within the organization.
- Assess technical solutions critically and recommend areas for optimization.
- Proactively communicate system risks or limitations to key stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and best practices with internal users and IT teams.
Job Specifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of key ERP modules such as Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.
- Proficient in SQL Server and database management.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and develop effective system solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to offer insights and constructively challenge current processes.
