Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Total of 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating
- Proficient in Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and industry standards
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Excellent English communication and time management skills
- Preferably with Australian background.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to work in Angeles City.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs
- Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam
- Analyze architectural and engineering drawings
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams
- Assist in tender preparation and submissions
- Monitor project variations and cost changes
- Maintain estimation records and databases
