- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Taking Dictation, Managing day-to-day correspondences
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepares MANCOM reports and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Scheduling meetings and appointments of the General Manager
- Arrange for meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes for same and making the necessary business travel arrangements.
- Assisting with promotional activities of the company
