Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Performing various administrative tasks such as drafting documents, preparing reports, and managing files.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Addressing issues and solving problems as they arise, often with minimal guidance.
Qualification
- Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- With at least (3) three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Computer literate and proficient in software applications (MS Office).
- Can start ASAP.
