Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role, ideally within finance or accounting departments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial terminology and documentation is a strong plus.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support the General Manager of Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for financial and operational documents.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments, external partners, or stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative and office management duties as required.
