Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative tasks, client communications, and project management in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Conduct online research as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Arrange travel and bookings
- Provide customer service support via email, chat, or phone
- Assist with social media posting and engagement
- Prepare and send invoices, with basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant
- Proven experience in administrative support and client coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across different time zones (UK and US)

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
