External Audit Manager

About the role
As Audit Manager at Asiacruit BPO, Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial auditing processes. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for planning, directing and executing audits to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the company's financial records and procedures.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective audit strategies to identify potential risks and improve internal controls
• Leading audit teams and overseeing the completion of audit assignments within agreed timelines and budgets
• Reviewing and analysing financial data, identifying discrepancies and making recommendations for corrective actions
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance financial reporting and compliance processes
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
• Mentoring and developing the skills of junior members of the audit team

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant with 8+ years of experience in EXTERNAL AUDITING, including experience in the US market
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues
• Proven track record of leading audit engagements and managing audit teams effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of audit software and data analysis tools
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
