Facebook & Tiktok Advertising Specialist
Full-time | Remote | Entry to Mid-Level
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, results-driven FB/TT Advertising Speicalist to help grow our eCommerce brands through smart, stylish, and sales-focused ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok. Whether you have 1–2 years of experience or just earned your Meta Certified Media Buying Professional badge, this role is for someone who gets both data and aesthetics.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, under supervision of ads strategist
- On Meta: Configure CAPI, Commerce Store and Product Sets etc.
- Help with basic advertising tasks on other platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Google Ads as needed
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, including key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, etc.
- Build and update digital ad assets and libraries: audiences, catalogs, pixel tracking, etc.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and give feedback on visuals and messaging
- Support cross-functional marketing efforts (CRM, PR, Affiliates, etc.)
- Contribute insights on market trends, platform updates, and competitor tactics
- Ensure that business managers and ads accounts remain in good standing, healthy, business information up to date, etc. minimizing any violations
Who We’re Looking For
- Must have 1-2 years experience setting up ads Meta
- 1–2 years experience in media buying or performance marketing preferred (but not mandatory if certified as Meta Certified Media Buying Professional (must show proof))
- Must have some experience with TikTok Ads
- Has a strong eye for visuals and messaging — can recognize what’s “on-brand” and what just doesn’t vibe
- Data-driven and comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Communicates well in English (written & spoken)
- A plus if you have basic skills in Canva and Capcut or similar tools
- A plus if you have managed ads budget worth at least 5M and up per month
- A plus if you have experience with advertising for eCommerce
- A plus if are familiar or have run ads on Shopee & Lazada Ads, and Google Ads
- A plus if you are familiar with Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Seller Centers, and Shopify
- A plus if you are familiar with Google Analytics
Work Setup & Compensation
- Remote but NCR Required
- Full-time (Monday to Saturday, flexible 8-hour schedule between 8am–8pm)
- Compensation will depend on demonstrated capabilities which will be assessed prior to hiring as well as experience
- Strong potential for growth into a full Performance Marketing Specialist role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
Candidates who pass and are assessed to be at the junior level w/ less than 3 years experience, or assessed to have low ad complexity capabilities, shall be offered the lower tier compensation.
Performance bonus is given for the achievement of ROAS and target revenue on a monthly basis.
