The Facialist is responsible for performing professional facial treatments and skin consultations to address client needs and support overall skin health. The role requires excellent knowledge of skincare protocols, hygiene standards, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facial and body treatments
- Close coordination with Wellness Consultant to determine appropriate treatment to be done to clients
- Educate clients on skincare maintenance and preventive care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools
- Ensure proper documentation of client records and progress
- Assist in promoting clinic services and help the team to achieve sales goals
- Participate in regular training and stay updated on new skincare trends, techniques, and technologies
- Support the front desk and team as needed for clinic operations
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a spa, salon, or aesthetic clinic preferred
- Strong knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and facial techniques
- Professional appearance, excellent hygiene, and grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
