Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field
- Proven experience in housekeeping or property management (preferably in leisure/hospitality)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping teams across multiple properties.
- Enforce and maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Conduct regular staff training, audits, and cleanliness inspections.
- Work closely with management to improve overall guest experiences.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, budgets, and ensure safety compliance.
