Key Responsibilities:
Perform civil works maintenance such as masonry, concrete repairs, carpentry, painting, tiling, partitioning, and other structural improvements.
Support building renovations and minor construction projects in coordination with management and contractors.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities and grounds.
Assist in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs when needed.
Inspect and identify structural issues (cracks, leaks, damage) and recommend corrective measures.
Maintain facility cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in work areas.
Provide support in office relocation, fixture installation, and space modifications.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Keep maintenance records and activity logs updated.
Coordinate with external civil contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized works.
Qualification:
High school graduate or vocational/technical course in Civil Works, Building Construction, or Facilities Maintenance.
At least 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance with focus on electrical works.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when needed.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
