- College grad or vocational grad
- Knowledgeable of heating, ventilation and ACU (HVAC)
- With NCII certificate
- With at least 1 year experience
- Familiarity to control system, with plumbing, electrical & mechanical system work experience
- Proficiency with hand power tools and specialized equipment.
- Capable to do troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with others.
- Ability to adapt in changing situations & priorities.
- Carpentry skills is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned at Gemphil Technologies, Inc, LISP I, Cabuyao, Laguna
