FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the monitoring of electromechanical works
- Conduct daily routine inspection of overall facilities building, mechanical, electrical system to ensure elimination of non-conformance
- Provide facilities technical report or trouble report for any abnormality
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning units , chillers and waste water treatment
- Assist immediate superior in cost reduction of facilities improvement maintaining quality and productivity
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
