JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have at least a High School, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any related field that is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate of BS Electrical or BS Mechanical Engineer are welcome to apply.
- Proven two years of working experience as Facility Maintenance/Technician is an advantage.
- Must have background with chillers, air compressors, air conditioning units, diesel generators, fire protection system and other facilities equipment.
- Can read, understand and interpret diagrams and floor plans.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City, Batangas
- 1 Full-Time position available.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the maintenance, operations and repair of facility equipment.
- Attend to job request and concerns in facility equipment.
- Daily inspection and monitoring of facility equipment.
