Job Description
FBL Operation Manager
1、Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Fulfillment by Alibaba (FBL & MCL) service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
2、Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance of the FBL & MCL program.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and customer service, to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues.
4、Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions for process improvements and resource allocation.
5、Monitor KPIs, such as order accuracy, delivery times, and inventory management, to ensure service level agreements are met.
6、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, suppliers, and third-party partners, to drive collaboration and alignment.
7、Implement training programs for both FBL & MCL team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to Alibaba International's operational standards.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics, with a focus on fulfillment services.
3、Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
4、Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
5、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7、Fluent in English and proficiency in a second language is a plus.
8、Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the Alibaba International ecosystem.
