Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Auditor to conduct regular on-site audits across our retail branches. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail operations or audit and can spot issues before they become problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular audits of retail branches to check compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review inventory, sales, and cash handling records for accuracy and integrity
- Identify and report any discrepancies, risks, or non-compliance issues
- Prepare clear and accurate audit reports for management
- Monitor store performance in loss prevention, efficiency, and policy adherence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in retail auditing, operations, or inventory control
- Willing and able to travel frequently to different store locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
